Liz Log is back from vacay!
Heather, Steve, Jace and I spent last week in sunny Aruba. We stayed at the fantastic Radisson.

Chicago Bears at Soldier Field. This is the view I got when I went wandering around the stadium in search of cotton candy (which they do not have) and a place to go shopping, yes shopping. It was really sunny and I couldn't find my sunglasses. So I found my way to the Bears pro

shop and bought a cute orange hat to protect my eyes. On the way back to our very high up (but still super fun) seats, I found some carmel popcorn and picked up a soda for Jace.

This was my first time at a Bears game, and first time at Soldier Field. It is really great on the inside, but I still don't care for the architecture.

Looking forward to spending this weekend back in Greenfield, Indiana - birthplace of the Hoosier poet. The Riley Days festival will be sure to satisfy my craving for 'fair food.' And the hot tub will satisfy my craving for relaxation.

Park Service Day. Over 500 people from my church spread out around Chicago to serve the community in schools, shelters, and ministry centers. My group did some painting in a senior apartment community.
